My Work is influenced by a lens and methodology called Systemic Constellation. Which is powerful, becauseit is both. Systemic relates to the view that everything is connected in some form and is interrelated. Constellation speaks to a spacial arrangement of the system. Through this lens and methodology we can see all the relationships, multidimensional, multi sensory, relating to all senses. This enables even the invisible and unconscious to come forth and be present in a perceptual form.
This methodology has proven transformative in the realm of personal questions as well as in organizational contexts.
