What we want for ourselves?
Peace of mind, happiness, a good job, friends, to be healthy, knowing our place in the family. These are simple things and they are our birthright – so we should have them.
What our lives look like?
At times we are under stress, without job security, friends come and go, our health suffers, and there are tensions in the family. We feel misunderstood, unappreciated, lonely and depressed.
It seems difficult to find out what is really going on, what we need to focus on, and it all seems overwhelming and exhausting.
How do we get what you want?
Sorting out what is really the issue is the first step in recovering control over our life. This process in and of itself takes time,— we need to slow things down to actually see and understand these issues, the interconnectedness of it all and at the same time sort out what is essential and what is not. What is the real reason for our dissatisfaction?
Many of our issues have repeated themselves over and over and will continue to do so, if we do not get to the root cause and satisfy the original need that has not been fulfilled.
This process is extremely satisfying and we feel like a totally new human being, — as if we just received a second chance in life.
